Delhi University’s admission process is in full swing and the Cluster Innovation Centre (CIC) in DU has now invited applications for its undergraduate programmes. Offering a four-year course in B.Tech which involves information technology and mathematical innovations, CIC offers only 40 seats to the candidates.
Courses like BA(Hons) Humanities and Social Sciences, which are based on the Meta College “design your degree” concept are also available in the centre.
The candidates who are interested should have cleared Class 12 board examinations from CBSE or an equivalent recognised board with 60 percent aggregate marks in their best of four subjects.The eligibility of the candidates will be judged on the basis of an entrance test followed by an interview to be taken by the selection committee of the centre.
The application forms for the entrance test will be available online June 29 onwards.
The main aim of CIC is innovation and research that allows students to incubate ideas that are innovative and have a social impact.
Meanwhile, the regular offline registration forms for admissions to Delhi University will be available from tomorrow, June 5.
The university has set eight registration centres where students could collect their application forms from: SGTB Khalsa College, Gargi College, Dayal Singh College, Maharaja Agrasen College, Rajdhani College, Atma Ram Sanatan Dharm College, PG DAV College and Shyam Singh College
