To recap, Athens and its partners say talks were held in a more constructive atmosphere in Brussels today, but the same old dividing lines over reforms remain.

Germany’s finance minister has touted the possibility of a vote on Greece’s euro membership, calling it a “helpful” way of deciding the country’s fate. Meanwhile, Athens should avoid defaulting on the IMF tomorrow, having set in motions the start of its repayment of a €750m loan.
