The CBSE AIPMT 2015 was conducted on May 3 and even though the CBSE said that the answer keys weren’t leaked, the students and their parents have taken the issue to the Supreme Court. The parents are demanding a retest since the students’ futures can be at stake. Delhi, Kota, Jharkhand and Punjab saw several organised strikes by the students.
The students who took part in the CBSE AIPMT examination also took to social media, to demand the CBSE, to conduct an inquiry in light of the Haryana Police claiming that 90 answer keys were leaked via Bluetooth devices attached to the vests. Four people were arrested in this case, two of whom are dentists and one MBBS student.
The CBSE maintained that AIPMT 2015 was conducted in a fair manner. The CBSE AIPMT results are expected to be declared by June 5. The results will be declared on the official websites of CBSE: cbse.nic.in or aipmt.nic.in. The merit list will be provided by the CBSE to the DGHS and the participating states/universities/institutions.
The official statement of the CBSE stated that no reports were received before the exam, during the exam or even after the exam started. The first report of the scandal came into light on May 5, two days after the examination was conducted
