Hillary Clinton took a page out of Kanye’s book.
The Democratic front-runner thumbed a flurry of tweets slamming Senate Republicans for their “new low” — pledging to block President Barack Obama’s pick for Justice Antonin Scalia’s replacement.
“I have news for Republicans who would put politics over the Constitution,” Clinton wrote late Monday. “Refusing to do your duty isn’t righteous, it’s disgraceful.”
The former Secretary of State penned 11 tweets mirroring statements she made during presidential campaign stops in Nevada, pressuring rebellious senators to consider Obama’s nomination.

Associate Justice Antonin Scalia died Saturday, sparking an intense partisan battle as senators pledge to block Obama’s SCOTUS pick.
In the wake of Scalia’s death in Texas Saturday, numerous Republican senators and GOP presidential candidates have argued Obama should let the winner of the November’s general election select a new justice.
“I’m hoping that we will get somebody nominated that will get people saying, `Hey, the only reason you’re blocking this is pure partisanship, so do your duty,’” said Clinton, answering a question in the remote mining town of Elko.
Monday’s remark suggests Clinton is poised to challenge lawmakers at the first sign of hypocrisy should Obama would nominate someone already confirmed by the Senate like she predicted.
In her Twitter storm, Clinton attempted to debunk any excuse a conservative politician could wield to thwart the next justice’s appointment.
She explained Obama’s presidency isn’t over until Jan. 20, 2017, the Senate has never taken more than 125 days to vote on a SCOTUS nominee and there is precedent for appointments during election years.
Justice Clarence Thomas faced one of the longest confirmations in history, Clinton noted at a health care forum in Reno. It took lawmakers 99 days to approve Thomas, former President George H.W. Bush’s nomination in 1991.
Clinton also listed three cases before the Supreme Court on immigration, abortion and voting rights that are in jeapardy because of the Senate’s partisan battle.
“The need to fill the Supreme Court vacancy is not an occasion for politics as usual. This has real and urgent stakes for Americas now,” Clinton wrote.
