UP Board Results 2019 can be checked directly via India Today Education at https://www.indiatoday.in/education-today/results. Although the Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) will announce the UP Board 12th and UP Board 10th result on its official website upmsp.edu.in, it might tend to crash due to the influx of candidates. This year, over 30 lakh students had registered for UP Board Class 12 Exams. This year over 58 lakh students registered themselves for the UP Board exams out of which 6 lakh reportedly skipped the exam after appearing in one or two papers. With combined student strength of about 2.6 million students, the Uttar Pradesh Intermediate Result i.e. the Intermediate Result 2019 UP Board, is the single largest Class 12th Result to be announced in India.

UP Board Class 12 Result: Last year statistics

The pass percentage for class 12th was 72.43 percent and for 10th was 75.16 percent.

Girls outperformed boys in both the exams with girls passing percentage for 12th being 78.8 percent and for boys 72.2 percent.

For 10th class, 78.8 percent of girls cleared the exam and 72.3 percent of boys.

The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad or the UPMSP, which is also known as the Board of High School and Intermediate Education Uttar Pradesh was set up in 1921 at Allahabad (now Prayagraj) as a separate directorate and autonomous examining authority. The first UP Board Class 10 and UP Board Class 12 examinations were conducted in 1923. Since then, nearly 32 lakh students appear for the UP Board Class 10 and UP Board Class 12 Exams every year.
