Six language schools in Australia, Malta, France and Germany have become new members of the International Association of Language Centres this month, bringing the total membership to 158 schools.

Photo: The PIE News.IALC, an exclusive network of boutique language centres, welcomed Inforum Education Australia in Gold Coast, Queensland, BELS language centres in both Gozo and St Paul’s Bay, Malta, Easy School of Languages in Valletta, Malta, Ifalpes in Annecy, France and Collegium Palatinum in Heidelberg, Germany as members this month.

Membership to the association is by invitation only.
All of the schools are based in markets identified in the association’s current recruitment plan, Capper explained, which also includes Spanish in Latin America and Arabic in the Middle East.
Capper added that the new recruitment plan will be set at the next AGM in April.
Meanwhile, last month Bournemouth Business School International in the UK became a division of MLS International College in Bournemouth and is no longer a member of the association.
IALC now has 98 language centre organisations as members, which collectively teach nine languages and span 20 countries.
